Book a Flat will assist you efficiently, whether you're looking to buy your dream home or just looking for a sound investment opportunity. And, if you so wish, Book a Flat can help you manage your new property.
We:
- Select properties to show you based on criteria you have defined;
- Organise viewings of the apartments you have chosen. If you cannot or do not wish to go on location, we can organise a virtual tour;
- Check the property is of the same value as the asking price;
- Negotiate the price with the owner and/or agency;
- Compile the required buying documents with the notary;
- Organise the signing of the commitment to sell (promesse de vente), then three months later, of the Conveyance (acte authentique).
Book a Flat is at your side to provide advice, and will defend your interests with the various intermediaries.

When you place a mandate to sell in our care, you gain immediate access to our international network. We specialise in managing contemporary furnished apartments in the centre of Paris, working for the most part with investors from France and abroad. The advantage is that negotiations take place with objective criteria -floor space, location, state of the premises- and transactions take place with no contingency clauses (clauses suspensives).
We don't require an exclusive mandate. When we manage the sale of your property, all we need is to meet with you. We then visit your apartment or property and provide:
- a valuation for setting the asking price;
- the services of a surveying company to evaluate the size and other features of the property;
- negotiations at our offices in Place Vendôme with you, or as your representative if you cannot be present.
Book a Flat will advise you and defend your interests right up to the Conveyance.
